Aisling is a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists since returning from the UK in 2012. She gained her primary degree from the University of Bradford. Following this, Aisling achieved a Diploma Orthopeadic Medicine from NUI Galway and completed her Masters(MedSc) in Sports Medicine and Exercise from University College Cork.

Aisling underwent her primary training in the NHS working across her core rotations before specialising in MSK and Spinal manipulations. Her sporting work commenced with English Rugby League side Hull KR and also with the Cork camogie minors and various GAA clubs on her return to Ireland.

Aisling has a special interest in injury prevention in the adolescent sporting population. She believes in the self promotion of health through exercise and the importance of training balance to minimise injury. She also has a keen interest in Spinal injuries, back pain, neck pain and sciatica.
