Aisling is a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists since returning from the UK in 2012. She gained her primary degree from the University of Bradford. Subsequent to this Aisling has completed a Diploma Orthopeadic Medicine in NUI Galway and MedSc Sports Medicine and Exercise University College Cork.

Aisling underwent her primary training in the NHS working across her core rotations before specialising in MSK and Spinal manipulations. Her sporting work commenced with Hull KR and subsequently with the cork camogie minors and GAA clubs.

Aisling has a special interest in injury prevention in the adolescent sporting population. She believes i the self promotion of health through exercise and the importance of training balance to minimise injury. She also has a keen interest in Spinal injuries, back pain, neck pain and sciatia.
